Painting is a very meditative act for her in life as she uses art to help quiet the mind when the wheels of life are spinning overtime.
This young Canadian Artist with Indigenous and East Indian Roots, is a lover of nature and trees and it definitely reflects in her abstract works of art.
Using mostly her hands to paint, Ingrid says "It allows me to feel and connect with the piece I'm working on in such a beautiful and exciting way. Once I gain momentum, there's no knowing what the outcome will be. That's one of my favorite things about painting."
Future plans for this Artist include, creating her own paper from recycled materials, as well as continuing her chosen careers in hairstyling, songwriting and performing with a purpose.
